“Princess Olga Order”

It was established by the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 827/97 Dated August 15, 1997 to decorate women for their personal merits in state, production, scientific, educational, cultural, charity and other spheres of social activities, for upbringing children in families

І-st grade		ІІ -nd grade
The Order sign is made of silver. It is adorned with 4 amethysts of rectangular shape. The ornament is gilded, the Princess Olga image and a plate on the ribbon are silver.		The Order sign is made of silver. It is adorned with 4 amethysts of rectangular shape. The reverse side is shallow with the Order number engraved on it. The ornament is gilded, the Princess Olga image and a plate on the ribbon are silver.

1. The “Princess Olga” Order has three grades: the highest is the first.
2. The citizens of Ukraine are decorated the “Princess Olga” Order is done step by step, starting with the third grade.
3. Foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship can be awarded “Princess Olga” Order basing on their merits.
4. The nomination for the next grade of the Order is possible at least in a three years’ time after the last nomination.
5. The “Princess Olga” Order can not be awarded posthumously.
6. The “Princess Olga” Order has the order sign.
7. Each grade of the “Princess Olga” Order has a separate numeration.
8. The deprivation of the “Princess Olga” Order can be done by the President of Ukraine in case the bearer is convicted for a grave crime – the court’s submission and in the procedures set by the legislature.
